Why do I need an Ongoing Jambook?
An Ongoing Jambook will help you remember your best moments with your best people, and you'll do it in the simplest way you can imagine.
You live this awesome life, and you have little things and big things every day that you want to remember. But then life gets busy, and your memories fade, and every picture you take is somewhere you can't find it in a digital shoebox, and then it's three years later and you can't remember things you swore you'd never forget.
But with Jambooks, you'll remember.
And it's done in the simplest way you can imagine. TEXTING! You and your people just text in your memories as they happen, and we collect them all, and we automatically combine them into beautiful books that show up at your house. It's the simplest way to remember your best times with your best people.

How does an Ongoing Jambook work?
1. Create and customize
When you create your Jambook, you get to customize!
(a) Select your cover color from our beautiful options.
(b) Choose the day and time each week that you'd like us to text you a friendly reminder to send in photos and memories.
(c) Give your Jambook a name, usually your family name.
Confirm your weekly prompt, then invite your people. You can start collecting memories for free.
2. Add your people
Jambooks are built by as many of your tribe as you want, together. And it's simple to join.
Invite your people from Collaborators, or have them text JAM to your unique Jambooks phone number. They'll reply YES to join and tell us their name. No apps, no websites. They just text.
3. Send in your memories as you go
You and your people text in photos and thoughts at any time, as they happen.
We'll text you all a friendly reminder once a week to keep the memories flowing in. You'll have a simple way to view responses as they come in if you want to.
Or you can just let it roll, and see all the memories when the books get delivered to your house.
You can even correct any typos or remove dupes effortlessly, but you don't have to. It's entirely up to you!

4. Your books print and ship automatically
Your book's 48-hour print countdown begins on its anniversary—every month, every other month, or every 3 months, depending on your plan. Your first countdown begins one plan interval after Jambook creation.
We'll notify you 48 hours before printing so you can pick a cover photo and color. If you haven't selected a photo, we'll use the first photo in that book's Responses.
You'll also have the chance to edit, arrange, and remove responses, if you want to.
Your book is automatically formatted with up to two responses per page. Longer memories continue onto additional pages, and there's absolutely no editing required!
At the deadline, your book is automatically prepared, sent to print, and shipped to you. New memories go toward your next book. You don't have to do a thing!

5. Pay for Your Ongoing Jambook
Choose an Annual plan: $179 for 4 books, $269 for 6 books, or $449 for 12 books per year.
Prefer to pay as you go? $49 per book, paid when your book prints.

Can I get my book sooner?
Yes. Use Print Book Now to begin your 48-hour print countdown.
Do I need to edit or approve every book?
No. We give you a 48-hour heads-up before printing. You can edit memories and choose a cover if you want to, but there’s no layout work or approval required. At the deadline, we automatically prepare and send your book to print.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel your Annual renewal anytime. Your Jambook keeps running through the paid year, and unused book credits stay yours. Cancellation does not automatically refund your payment; contact us if you need help.
Can a collaborator order a finished book?
Yes, with the Jamboss’s permission. Additional Ongoing copies are $49 each, plus $10 standard shipping once per order and tax. Multiple copies are available.
